Daily Duties at Symphony Performance Health :

Responsible for leading implementations for clients across multiple states for our MDinsight population health products. Leading a team of Clinical Implementation Specialists and Project Managers to provide full service support from contractual agreement through training and Client Service handoff. Closely working with Senior Leadership including the CMO to ensure policies and procedures are aligned with our mission to provide analytic support for medical practices seeking tools to provide optimal patient care and pay for performance incentives.
