Daily Duties at Symphony Performance Health:
Responsible for project management for all SPH products from conception, prototype, and development. Working closely with sales and support to ensure a smooth product implementation for SPH clients. Directly manage the development team consisting of Project Managers, Solution Architects, DBAs, BA/Stylists, QA Engineers, Network Engineers and a Technical Writer and indirectly manage development of legacy products in the Atlanta office. • Serve as the lead project manager for all SPH products which include: HCAHPS, CG CAHPS, RMA (Referral Management) COM (Clinical Outcome Monitoring), MDI (MD Insights) to name a few. • Perform in the capacity of the Company’s internal facing Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ongoing and future commercial opportunities in patient, physician, and employee experience and sentiment analytics in the public and private sectors, as measured by defining and managing Perform Suite’s Solution Focus Areas (SFAs) • Performs in the capacity of the Company’s internal facing Subject Matter Expert (SME) in: - All Federal, State, and Local Government current, emerging, and future requirements for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on patient and employee experience including, but not limited to Consumer Assessment of Health Providers & Systems (e.g. H-CAHPS, CG-CAHPS, PCMH-CAHPS, ACO-CAHPS) - Private sector current, emerging, and future requirements for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on patient, physician, and employee satisfaction including, but not limited to payers, healthcare provider organizations, advocacy groups, and industry rating providers - Strategy and action to continuously improve quality of service to, relationship management with, and loyalty of patients, physicians, and employees including, but not limited to service recovery, net promoter, and communication
