Daily Duties at Hein & Associates:
Applied best practices of software development while staying abreast of advances in the practice. Established requirements for new systems and modifications, assisting with and proposing significant infrastructure projects resulting in 200% critical systems uptime. Worked on large enterprise and business critical applications to ensure minimal downtime while engaging with vendors during downtime to provide accurate outage estimates resulting in increase of customer satisfaction of 150%. Analyzed and created new configuration for packaged software to meet business and system requirements reducing systems critical patch deployment by 100%. Oversaw local IT infrastructure including servers, security, networking, storage systems and workstations, and a major overhaul of ISP connectivity to core local system resulting in zero local outages. Performed second and third-level support for all workstation and server class systems.
