Lead Scientist that developed two magnetic particle based IVDs for Technicon Immuno 1automated immunoassay analyzer. Developed urinary deoxypyridinoline (competitive) and CK-MB (sandwich immunoassays with Product and Cycle-time Excellence (PACE) process. Prepared all data and assisted supervisor in preparation of 510K submissions. Responsible for all reagent stability design and studies to meet 30 day on-board reagent and calibration curve stability. Responsible for all documentation and SOPs necessary to transfer production of raw materials and reagents to multiple manufacturing and kit assemb ly sites. Responsible for design, preparation and testing of calibrators and controls. Demonstrated serology assay feasibility of TORCH , H. pylori and Lyme disease assays. Experienced in the development of latex agglutination assays for TDM. Point of care dry chemistry finger-stick cartridge for lipid profiling Developed novel assay to mimic clotting in holding chamber from finger-stick Initiated proprietary resin surface modification using plasma treatment to convey both non-thrombogenic and hydrophilic properties to blood holding chamber Chlamydia filter collection point of care immunodiagnostic assay.
