- Retention of 138 soldiers during the past three years for unit strategy. - Advise leaders on strength management matters to reinforce positive retention activities and programs. - Logistics officer in charge during Hurricane Sandy to distribute medical inventory to supply five combat units. (220 soldiers on the ground for relief support.) - Capture strategic positioning and tactical deployment to medical unit
