Daily Duties at Da Vita Labs:
-Manage team of 40 teammates who unpack and accession up to 87,000 specimens daily from kidney dialysis centers across the country. -Coach, mentor and evaluate teammate performance -Monitor daily workflow variables and manage based on volume, shipment arrivals and staffing -Maintain appropriate SOPs in document control system (Master Control) -Manage team responsible for problem specimen resolution -Maintain personnel training and competency records -Monitor department QA metrics (Excel, Powerpoint)
