Calculating revenue on percentage completion projects on a quarterly basis as well as preparing journal entries for revenue and costs. Duties include preparing period revenue reports for management; budget projections and forecasts for revenue; maintaining and reviewing project costs with project managers for proper coding for costs within the projects; closing projects after work is completed; and inventory valuation for parts. Also responsible for reconciling various general ledger accounts for period-end close; preparing royalty and commission reports; approve invoices for payment; calculate warranty and commission accruals for journal entry.
