Daily Duties at Ima Life:

I worked with the R&D team to develop and perform research experiments to optimize the freeze drying process. I performed heat flux tests and studied drugs under a microscope to determine freeze drying parameters (temperature and pressure) depending on the structure of the material. I ran freeze drying tests using the determined parameters. I performed a product analysis of the freeze dried pharmaceuticals, and optimized the cycle from that analysis. I wrote the customer reports and presentations to include the results of all tests and procedures. I developed cost reduction and quality improvement plans for R&D projects. I designed and updated mechanical and electrical schematics of freeze dryers.
