Key Accomplishments • Consultative expert for Player Development and published Writer for Indian Gaming Magazine. • Enhance operations by creating comprehensive casino host/player development training manual and conducting training courses. Ensure uniformity and improved services by recruiting, training and developing new host/player development team. Director on Duty (Casino Director), 2014-2015 Increased guest satisfaction as well as business productivity by handling customer and staff issues quickly and efficiently. Intervened as necessary to assist guests and staffs in mitigating problems and disputes. Key Accomplishments • Ensured operational standards by evaluating staffing and business needs and addressing concerns with executives. • Completed reports on volume levels, guest interactions, injuries, bans and security issues and delivered to management.
