Daily Duties at Sutherland Global Services:
Responsible for providing leadership and strategy to assist Sutherland from moving from a traditional BPO/Contact Center oriented organization, to one that had relevance to retailers in the digital and brick and mortar space. Optimizing Sutherland’s global foot across print and multilingual resources to architect relevant, impactful and cost effective solutions. Architected an integrated contact center and eCommerce/PCI compliant solution for one of the nation’s largest sporting goods retailers representing over $70 million of revenue over a three year period Developed a retail customer engagement management platform that provided behavioral analysis capabilities. This was done using Python / Panda framework and integrating a variety of data sources, click stream, product catalogue, retailer inventory, promotional, loyalty, CRM, transactional history and situational status … resulting in a next best action to be taken. Architected and oversaw deployment of a new CRM and eCommerce/PCI compliant infrastructure for one of the nation’s largest “pet” retailers that focused on customer experience and customer satisfaction and driving both shopping cart value and increasing conversion of shopper to buyer Lead and presented the initiative to bring an omni-channel focus to a traditional “call center” mentality organization by developing new and repackaging existing services to reflect market needs as well as ensuring that all retail RFP responses took into consideration the full breadth of Sutherland service capabilities, existing and future looking.
