Daily Duties at Wp Glimcher:
● Responsible for leasing retail space for the following properties within the portfolio: ○ Polaris Fashion Place Columbus, OH ○ Scottsdale Quarter Scottsdale, AZ ○ Malibu Lumber Yard Malibu, CA ○ Indian Mound Mall Heath, OH ● Develop strategies to increase occupancy and income for assigned projects ● Negotiate business economics and terms of new leases ● Assist in the development of remerchandising for assigned properties ● Interact with Construction, Accounting, Marketing, Legal and Property Management in completing leasing deals ● Responsible for coordination of all communications necessary for proposals, letters of intent and other lease requests ● Responsible for renewals of assigned properties
