Estimates of future product prices, expenses and capital costs were integrated with volume projections to project future cash flows. An extensive writeup of each evaluation result covered a selling property's positive and negative characteristics, as well as the economic metrics of discounted future cash flow value, first month's estimated cash flow, months of payout for discounted cash flow and $/equivalent barrel of reserves. Risked values for non-producing and undeveloped properties were added to values for currently producing properties.
