• Completed evaluation/ screening on patients with various diagnosis cognitive deficits/ physical impairments; administered various assessments: BCAT, MOCA, Mini-Mental State Exam, Allan Cognitive Level Screen -5, 9-hole peg test, Box/blocks, MMT, ROM • Performed appropriate assessments to establish a baseline to assist with treatment plans; identified impairments to predict level of improvement and time required to achieve it • Collaborated with the client and caregivers to set treatment goals; instructed clients in functional skill development activities
