Daily Duties at All About Development:
• Support a child and family’s meaningful participation in occupations such as activities of daily living (ADLs), promoted instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), education, work, play, and social participation; responsible for direct patient care; • Engage infants and toddlers self-care, eating, dressing, play, social participation, adaptive, cognitive, physical, social and emotional development • Identify and execute opportunities for performance improvement within all service areas; review referrals or records and write progress reports • Direct treatment plan based on outcome developed by families and Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) team members; measure progress or lack of progress in achieving goals and write progress reports • Instruct parents/caregivers to achieve OT goals to maximize independence in activities of daily living; • Participate in family training to provide resources to strengthen family functioning
