Managed an international logistics spend of $600M annually, inclusive of all sourcing and importation costs to land import product at the import DC’s. Led all financial activities in support of $400MM operation of all sixteen (16) import DC’s serving 2,000+ retail stores. Total spend managed approximated $1B with 9 direct reports (2 corporate/7 field).
