Full accountability for the 565,000 sq. ft. Phoenix facility as well as outbound transportation to service 64 retail stores with 2,500+ unique SKU’s. Facility headcount of 110, two shifts, inventory value of $20MM and full P&L ownership of $9MM in annual costs.
