Daily Duties at Pet Smart:
Complete ownership of the 620,000 sq. ft. Phoenix facility servicing 170 retail stores with hard-goods and 260 stores with live goods (Fish). Total headcount managed of 400 (30 exempt / 370 hourly) three shifts, seven day operations, inventory value up to $60MM, 12,000+ unique SKU’s, and P&L ownership of $21MM in operating costs annually.
