Daily Duties at Select Medical:
Responsible for organizing and administering the Department of Clinical Services at the hospital and implementing standards of care, policies, programs, and procedures as established by the company. Responsibilities include ensuring timely, accurate, and complete documentation, ensuring all clinical regulatory requirements are being met, and responsibility for employee engagement, recruitment and retention.
