• Gathered new application requirements, analyzed existing systems features, designed enterprise application solutions. • Facilitate JAD sessions and weekly status meetings used for Dynamic System Development. • Developed roadmaps for the principle design and direction of back office enterprise wide projects including budgeting, sourcing, hardware and software recommendations. • Analyzed current applications determining the future (sunset, invest, migrate). • Gathered requirements for Remedy System upgrade • Utilized Excel, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint for reporting to management • Detailed design integration points within BackOffice and Supply Chain systems. • Managed 22 BackOffice and Supply Chain team members and 4 managers and off-shore teams. • Handled Budgeting, Hiring, Separations, Promotions and Relocations. • Provided support and guidance to my teams for career and management skill set growth. • Reviewed performance of managers and their teams on a quarterly basis. • Maintained the relationships with business partners and grew new relationships where necessary. • Provided tools and processes to teams in problem solving and analysis of system issues. • Provided upper management system status and capacity planning reports. • Provided mentoring to Application Support team members to assist in career growth. Technical Support Analyst III • Changed Control Board representation. • Analyzed, designed and installed solutions for issues and problems with existing software. • Involved with new projects during the planning and implementation stages. • Coordinating modifications with development, vendors and the end users.
