• Established a Flow Cytometry Laboratory for the R&D Department, which included the purchase, installation and maintenance of major capital equipment. Management • Maintained the daily operations of the Flow Cytometry Laboratory. • Responsible for processing, acquisition, analysis and reporting of all specimens run on the BD FacsCanto II flow cytometer. • Additional responsibilities included organization of the laboratory, maintenance of ordering, receipt thereof, and assisting with the budget. Technical • Developed flow cytometic assays, protocols and validation of protocols for Research & Development, Cell Banking, Manufacturing and Clinical Departments. • Assay types included Annexin V, CBA assay, marker panels for various cell types.
