Daily Duties at Ima:
A/P, A/R, bank recs, month-end entries, 1099's, W-2's, Payroll, time and attendance, filing of unemployment (and hearings), disability, FMLA, COBRA, terminations Administer of all employee benefits (medical, dental, COBRA, life, 401(k), AFLAC), payroll maintenance and reports Allocate departments costs, reconcile payroll, download general ledger and adjust department charges. Download Fidelity payroll report and upload to Fidelity 401(k). Compute payroll transfer and wire funds Compile reports to create month-end payroll packet for accountant. Reconcile invoices for health, dental, AFLAC and life Generate contracts for employees
