Daily Duties at Kamaile Consulting:
Determine Performance Improvement opportunities. Provide Call Center support including design, configuration, and custom reports of ACD. Integration and configuration of IVR and Workforce Management software with ACD platform. Determine call center workforce requirements (i.e. daily, weekly, monthly, and annually). Managerial and Administrative services including employee recruitment and training, develop job descriptions, interview and hiring.
