Daily Duties at Til Limited:
Sourcing of various small brought-in-finished items like brackets, channels, wear-pads, etc. required in both fabrication and assembly vide RFQ, RFI. Also implementing and following procurement processes and KPI's. Tracking the whole production line and following up / expediting with suppliers to sustain the demand by ‘Just-in-Time’ mode of supply. Ensuring that vendors abide by the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) set by the Quality Assurance Department. Associated with Lean Six Sigma project introduced by Accelerated Improvement Plan (AIP) Team for cost control, inventory monitoring and maximum utilisation of non-moving inventory. Worked in Oracle 11i.
