Daily Duties at Til Limited:
Championed a healthy chain between demand and supply for the production of cranes, reach-stacker, fork-lifters and customised Indian Army cranes. Spearheaded price negotiation, finalisation, ordering, logistics and planning the “Need by Date”. Developing the logistics network for ensuring seamless, cost-effective movement of consignment and timely delivery of orders. Building a dedicated and alternate vendor source for achieving cost-effective purchases of raw materials and reduction in delivery time; abiding norms as per Total Quality Control (TQC) plan of the Quality Control Department. Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on-time deliveries to meet production and dispatch targets and ensure zero downtime. Recommended design modifications based on client requirements and suggesting new modifications keeping pace with market trends. Gathering product specifications, designing, modifying and upgrading existing designs. Worked in Oracle 11i.
