Championed Strategic Sourcing decision, guiding the Buyers for proper resource management, cash flow, vendor management, flagging the prospective risk, business trends for 126 business units throughout the world. Analysing data for Strategic Sourcing decisions by using SAP, SSS (Oracle iProcurement) & MS Excel. Detailed analysis of reports for taking strategic decision - Open Supplier Purchase Order (PO) by Vendor or Business Units, Material Receipt against PO, PO receipt, PO against Purchase Requisitions(POR), On time delivery report, Currency Conversion report, Cost Savings report, Prediction of Future Cost saving report, MRBR and all type of Supply Chain reports. Data Metrics generations, creating detailed supply chain reports, analytical decision making, delivering Power Point Presentation for related reports. Analysing reports depending on product type, material, quality bottleneck, delivery lead time.
