Superintendent & Office Engineer - Supervised field operations for light rail corridor stations. Field operations include, but are not limited to: drawing and spec review, subcontractor coordination, supervised operations, scheduling, material procurement, testing, weekly meetings and manage structural steel fabrication sequence. Controlled the daily operations including means and methods to keep project moving forward. Managed subcontractors and work falling behind on Denver Union Station project. Performed office duties including but not limited to: submittal review and approval, negotiating change orders, pay applications, and managing budgeted cost. Managed field operations including safety review, quality control, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, daily tool box meetings, permits, and inspections. Scheduling Engineer - Developed, updated and analyzed project schedules. Worked on delayed projects with management team to determine issues and risks. Provided solutions to overcome delays. Generated detailed schedules with sequence modifications to point team in the right direction to save time on project completion. Developed a revenue schedule per owner request on Denver Union Station project. Schedule was used to track planned, actual and earned value cost. Updated schedule monthly and graphically represented planned, actual and earned value cost. Budget adjustments including change order cost where added to schedule monthly to accurately represent project cost.
