Daily Duties at Bbx Technologies:
Technical Service Manager responsibilities include, providing leadership to the Quality Control, Sales Support and Technical Support groups. Creating policies and locating resources to improve productivity. Taking information gathered by the three groups and turning it into a positive tool for the dealers and their end users. Providing customer care and problem resolution when necessary. Systems Administrator responsibilities include Installing and Maintaining Windows Domains. Maintaining MS Exchange, SQL and Web servers. Configuring routers. Providing Help Desk services for users. Troubleshooting both hardware and software related problems
