Daily Duties at The Segal Group:
Manage department calendar. Submit approved bills to Accounts Payable. Maintain personnel and benefit files. Input performance management and tuition reimbursement data. Update staff directory, contacts, and organizational chart. Appointed RPX Recovery Planner (Disaster Recovery) as part of Disaster Recovery Team. Coordinate and manage companywide discrimination avoidance training for all employees and avoidance discrimination claims training for officers every two years. Process background checks, process I-9 forms, conduct orientations, and complete onboarding process companywide. Off board employees includes departure letter and administration of exit task list and exit survey for terminations and resignations. Update SegalNet website. Update online and printed Employee Handbook and HR Procedures Manual. Document all job posts and costs including external sites. Assist with the design, creating and testing of our new HRIS System Oracle.
