Daily Duties at Cornell Information Technology:
Six Direct Reports with 24 indirect reporting staff. Staff mentoring, coaching and performance management. Provided 24X7 monitoring of network, servers and applications performing campus services and performed Tier 1 and 2 level response to campus services for over 20,000 students and 5,000 staff including email, remote access to the University, client and server backup and restore.
