Daily Duties at Ocm Boces:
Worked with a developer to create a new software/hardware license and maintenance renewal database and application designed to notify the central office 60 days prior to an end date. Processed Hardware and Software license and maintenance contract renewals for the CNY Regional Information Center. While assigned to a school district in NYS, provide technical guidance for long term planning and budgeting. Complete technical evaluations for school districts and make recommendations. Manage all technical projects for school districts assigned, such as wireless installations, server replacements, application upgrades, and network infrastructure replacements/upgrades.
