Daily Duties at Aetna, Inc:
Drive sales of insurance products (health, dental, accident, life) to clients, primarily brokers and general agents—consult on features and benefits, with focus on aligning products to individual needs and upselling value-added services. Respond to inquiries and concerns, providing prompt resolution for complaints. Partner with underwriters to negotiate renewals and collaborate with colleagues on strategies and opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
