Daily Duties at Chi Inc.:
I supervise direct-support staff and provide case-management, programming, and annual goal review for 50+ individuals receiving supports. Additionally, I spearhead a variety of projects including new program proposals reporting directly to the CEO, grant opportunities through partnering agencies, and community integration experiences utilizing public transportation.
