Directed over 50 cross-functional employees and all operations, administration, and business development activities and initiatives for the company comprised of retail store, wholesale store, boutique, and two warehouses. Acquired and negotiated contracts with foreign manufacturers and local suppliers. Coordinated and supervised the team of expert evaluators to ensure high-quality materials for export.
