Responsible for day to day operation of the laboratory, including Anatomic Pathology, Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology. Responsible for a staff of 67 including techs, phlebotomists and clerks. Maintain a high degree of efficiency while coordinating multiple projects. Successful long range and short range planning, Accountable for capital, operational and staffing budgets.
