Day to day operations of the laboratory at Uniontown Hospital. Responsible for management of a staff of 67 employees, including techs, phlebotomists and clerks. Responsible for Anatomic Pathology, Microbiology, Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank. Responsible for the Capital, Operational and staffing budget. Readiness for Joint Commission, PA Department of Health and CAP inspections.
