Developed positive relationships with patients, pharmaceutical reps, physicians and leadership staff. Responsible for patient intake, insurance verification, co-pays and balance financial billing/collections. Triaged patients for referral to Emergency Room and treatment for health remediation. Assisted health practitioners with administrative needs as requested. Provided patients with resources to fulfill treatment plan, solutions, answers and compassion. Medical terminology, vital signs, EMR, set-up patient chart. Interview, train new employees, schedule resolution & general office personnel management.
