Daily Duties at Rbc Insurance:
Managed and directed administrative team of over 30 professionals providing Life and Annuity Licensing, Contracting, Commissions and Customer Service for over 30,000 Independent Agents and Marketing Organizations in 49 states. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, managing/sponsoring systems projects, compliance enforcement, performance reviews, staff planning, sales reporting and maintaining accuracy of agent information for Athene’s web-portal.
