Directed a streamlined team of over 20+ professionals providing Annuity Licensing, Contracting, Commission/Sales Incentives and Agent Support Services. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, managing/sponsoring systems projects, compliance enforcement, performance reviews, staff planning, sales reporting and maintaining accuracy of agent information for Athene’s web-portal. • Cross functional team player partnering with third party administrators and various departments (Legal, Marketing, Communications, Compliance, New Business) to fulfill company objectives • Administered complex commission and bonus structures paying out in excess of $100M annually • Consult with Sales and Legal on multi-million dollar contract negotiations • Consult with Legal and Compliance to approve or retain sales contracts • Direct projects integrating client needs with company business goals/objectives while focusing on delivering quality results • Collaborated with team to implement 100+ process improvement ideas that either directly hit the bottom line or improved operational efficiencies • Conduct annual performance evaluations and merit increase recommendations for all direct and indirect reports
