o Reduced time and costs and increased efficiency by introducing new accounting procedures. o Renegotiated payment terms with dozens of suppliers. o Verified details of transactions, including funds received and total account balances. o Coded the general ledger and processed vendor invoice payments. o Revamped accounting quality system to prepare for important audits. o Opened and assigned new client accounts. o Conducted month-end balance sheet reviews and reconciled any variances. o Researched and resolved billing and invoice problems. o Systematically prepared documents and assembled financial statements for independent auditors. o Maintained confidential information, such as pay rates, bonus targets and pay grades. o Accurately processed data, validation and transmission for weekly, semi-monthly and sales payrolls in a timely manner. o Enforced established payroll-related policies, procedures and regulations and adherence to company and governmental policies. o Produces payroll reports and reconciliation o Maintains employee payroll and benefit information using Workday. o Manages time reporting for temporary labor and produce labor report. o Oversees and administers company benefits program including coordination and maintenance of relationships with our benefit vendors. o Monitors benefit integrations from Workday to the Provider sites and works with the Provider to make any necessary corrections. o Reconciles monthly benefit invoices. o Conducts benefit enrollment for all new hires.
