Held dual responsibilities as Sr. Program Manager for cross-disciplinary projects while developing quarterly sales budget and advising President on short-term and long-term forecasting. Drove full lifecycle of projects and managed third-party resources to supplement internal team as needed. Performed ROI analysis for sales proposals and recommended purchase of company assets. Administered capital expenditure budget, as well as company benefits and 401k plan. Led human resources function including hiring, corporate policy development, and creating appropriate training programs for each department. Oversight of purchase order, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, inventory control, and general ledger processes and procedures.
