Project Manager for an $18 million dollar firm fixed priced contract with the Department of Energy (DOE), Washington, D.C. Responsible for the deliverables to the client which include the research and writing of six case studies reviewing DOE’s management of the funding from the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
