Daily Duties at Value Options:

•Responsible for the day-to-day functions of Provider Relations, staffing, recruitment and network development in downstate New York in a Behavioral Health Managed Care industry. Responsibilities included provider communication, and education in compliance with company’s applicable standards and regulations. •Responsible for Network Development strategy and vision for network activities for the implementation of four accounts. Establish ongoing strategies for the recruitment efforts for over 2000 providers of high impact projects with various goals, initiatives and responsibilities located in New York and surrounding areas. •Successfully met company metric 95% compliancy of the recruitment of Emblem providers and facilities. •Conduct data analysis and prepared reports of ongoing network development performance and metrics to department to Senior Management. •Responsible for contract negotiations and reimbursement schedules negotiations for providers and large groups.
