Daily Duties at Crescendo Collective:
As a account manager I was the liaison between clients and the Crescendo Collective team. My primary responsibility was to ensure client happiness. I was also responsible for maintaining on going projects, statistic reporting, creating insights for future solutions and pitching project ideas to our clients.
