Daily Duties at Albertelli Law:
Argued trials and a variety of motions on a daily basis on behalf of financial institutions in residential mortgage foreclosure actions. Single-handedly opened and operated a satellite office covering Lee, Charlotte, and Collier counties. Oversaw the progress of over 1,000 foreclosure actions. Independently managed a case load of over 75 litigated foreclosure actions. Regularly attended mediations. Took and defended depositions. Drafted motions and conducted legal research as needed.
