Argued motions concerning issues ranging from discovery disputes to summary judgment. Drafted motions, discovery, settlement agreements and other relevant documents in the course of litigation. Took and defended depositions. Attended mediations and negotiated settlements. Researched wide array of legal issues in support of litigation.
