Daily Duties at Allianz Global Assistance:
Provided high-quality case management services for international BCBS and federal employees/expatriate. Handled care/evacuation/repatriation services for customers purchasing travel insurance. Worked with internal and external customers in the US and worldwide to become familiar with the new unit, while coordinating with the Canadian office to transfer business lines and activate the new unit.
