Daily Duties at Call Socket:
Orchestrated and provided leadership for start-up operations of 30K square foot call center facility while assuming a $15M P&L responsibility. Instituted client facing processes, and built a positive, service-oriented culture. Monitored and analyzed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identified challenges, trends, and inefficiencies in performance and wrote call center strategies to address the requirements of an EB-5 funded business model. Fostered a culture based on internal (staff) customer experience.
