Spearhead efforts to manage creation of proposals, statements of work, project plans, cost saving projects/initiatives, etc. Involved in establishing strategic plans to drive revenue and profit growth, instituting the processes & controls, delivering customer service excellence, achieving superior ROI through focused leadership, and generating synergy across systems & businesses.
