Managed localization projects for multiple documentation and software projects in up to 25 languages per project; negotiated contracts with a translation vendors and printing vendors; managed the printing of manuals through outside vendors to support product launches; obtained and coordinated signatures for label approvals and release documents through change orders to meet FDA requirements; write ECOs to release documentation into SAP to allow it to go to print and to be released to the general public; wrote desk procedures to document all job functions to allow for ISO and FDA audit compliance; completed product quality testing of the new version of SAP based upon high technical knowledge and hands-on use of SAP; prepared scheduled for the release of every documentation project and rolled each of the schedules into a master schedule to meet project deadlines.
