 Planning and project management for implementation of billing support function for $170M IT Outsource contract - covering the people, systems and processes  Design and define billing services for complex business solutions; covering resources, systems and development of the associated commercial model, billing enquiry process, resolving risks and collaborating with contract team  Engages with clients, Service Architects and Contract Delivery Directors to capture billing requirements and align solution to best-practice processes and procedures  Coordinates virtual teams and manages individuals directly in pursuit of new business activities to discharge responsibilities and transition the service to the delivery organization.
