Planning and project management for implementation of billing support function for $170M IT Outsource contract - covering the people, systems and processes Design and define billing services for complex business solutions; covering resources, systems and development of the associated commercial model, billing enquiry process, resolving risks and collaborating with contract team Engages with clients, Service Architects and Contract Delivery Directors to capture billing requirements and align solution to best-practice processes and procedures Coordinates virtual teams and manages individuals directly in pursuit of new business activities to discharge responsibilities and transition the service to the delivery organization.
